• Financial Credentials: UPI IDs or account verification details utilized strictly to facilitate direct settlements on your store.
• Buyer Order Information: Names, shipping addresses, email addresses, and contact numbers entered at checkout to ensure successful product fulfillment by the Seller.
• Technical & Usage Data: IP addresses, browser types, basic device identification, and diagnostic statistics to optimize platform stability and prevent fraud.

2. How We Use Your Information

We utilize the data collected strictly for the operation, enhancement, and safety of the DMCart platform:

• To establish and maintain your customized merchant storefront.
• To enable instantaneous notifications for order placements, password resets, and verification messages (via secure providers like Resend).
• To provide customer support and respond to incoming inquiries submitted via our contact forms.
• To maintain legal compliance and prevent unauthorized, fraudulent, or abusive activities on our infrastructure.

3. Data Storage & Security

DMCart utilizes enterprise-grade secure database hosting (via Supabase) utilizing advanced cryptographic protocols and strict access control layers. We do not store sensitive payment card details or net-banking passwords on our primary servers.

While we employ rigorous standard industry safeguards to secure your personal data, no internet transmission is entirely impenetrable, and users provide information with this inherent understanding.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Integrations

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to external advertisers. Data is shared exclusively under the following operational circumstances:

• Merchant Fulfillment: Buyer checkout details are transmitted directly to the respective Seller to ensure the ordered goods can be delivered.
• Verified Service Providers: Secure infrastructure platforms (e.g., Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Razorpay) utilized to host code, deliver emails, and handle subscriptions.
• Legal Mandates: If formally requested by authorized law enforcement agencies or judicial orders in compliance with applicable Indian legal statutes.

5. Your Data Rights & Retention

You maintain the right to access, modify, or request the deletion of your account and related personal data at any time by contacting us. We retain merchant operational records as required by regulatory compliance frameworks in India.
